For teams and volume
Bring us the workload. We’ll quote against it.
TapScanner Business starts from everything in Premium and adds the things a company actually needs settled first: volume, invoicing, and support terms, agreed up front and written down.
We reply with scope and price. Nothing is switched on before it is agreed in writing.
How a Business plan gets agreed
Four steps, in this order. There is no self-serve Business checkout, because a quote that ignores your invoicing rules is not a quote.
- 1
Tell us the workload
How many documents a month, how large they get, which tools the work actually uses, and who needs access.
- 2
We scope it with you
We come back with questions before we come back with a number. Volume, invoicing rules, and support terms are agreed up front.
- 3
You get a written proposal
It lists every capability included, so there is no gap between what was discussed and what is delivered.
- 4
Nothing is switched on until it's agreed in writing
No trial that quietly converts, and no capability enabled on your account before the terms are signed.
What the baseline already includes
Premium is the starting point, not the negotiation. These limits are the ones TapScanner enforces today.
- OCR, text editing, repair, compare, forms, and automation
- Up to 100 files and 1 GB in a single task
- No plan page cap — a 400-page report runs in one go
- No daily job cap, subject to fair-use protection
What to put in the first message
The more of this you send, the closer the first reply is to a real number instead of more questions.
- The workload — documents per month, typical and largest file sizes, and the tools the job depends on.
- The invoicing rules — purchase orders, billing cycle, currency, and the entity that has to appear on the invoice.
- The security questionnaire — send it as-is. We answer it against what TapScanner can actually evidence.
Before you send the questionnaire
TapScanner publishes what it can currently evidence about file lifecycle, processing location, the analytics boundary, and delete-now availability — including where the evidence is still outstanding. Read that first, so the questionnaire comes back with fewer surprises on both sides.
